New Features:

  • Homepage changes

    • New homepage call to actions for Data Owners/Stewards, Data Governance and Data Management roles.

  • Migration analysis & dashboard

    • Use K to assess current state source for migration to future state platform.

    • Similarity clustering analysis to detect duplicate data assets

    • Track migrations

  • Update descriptions using MCP: Leverage your Copilot / Claude capabilities to edit asset and terms descriptions in K.

  • Embedding customisation

    • Adjust the count of linked items displayed (Previously capped at 10, now customisable up to 50)

    • Adjust components displayed - show or hide the sheets, terms, data quality, issues and knowledge sections per embedding

  • Governance progress now visible on profile.

Improvements / Bug fixes:

  • DQ Dashboard counts incorporate indirect asset pass/failures (e.g. Where a column fails, the table is now counted in the failed count)

  • Search headers display dynamic display length

  • Lineage map will now show reference objects by default.

  • Deprecations — features being phased out with migration guidance
