The Issue Dashboard let’s you quickly view all of the Data Issues that are linked in K and how they are progressing through the workflow.
You can drill through on any of the graphs to see the underlying assets through the search view. Using this method, you can also quickly set up regular alerts to help monitor the underlying assets.
Customising your Dashboard
The top part of your dashboard has a number of filters that you can drill down and refine. Similar to the Search pages, you can choose to add additional filters.
When you change your filter settings, K will remember your last filter settings and retain them. Click reset to change the filters back to the default options
By default, there are a number of standard filters that have been set. These include:

Deleted: False (exclude all deleted assets)

Reference: False (do not include reference assets)

Hidden in K: False (assets that your Data Governance Managers and Admin users have chosen to hide and not have displayed in K by default)

Hidden in Source: (assets that are hidden in the Source system)
To view and change these default settings, click the Search Visibility button.
Key Issue Statistics
The Issue Dashboard highlights some key statistics for you to monitor.

Number of open issues
-
Number of open issues that have been tagged as a Critical priority

Number of issues past their review date
-
Number of issues that have not been assigned an owner
Workflow Status
Click on the workflow status stages to quickly open and view all issues in that status
Issue Attribute Breakdown
Quickly view which DQ dimensions have the most issue and the level of priority that they have been assigned.
Issue Age relative to Review Date
This matrix shows you which issues have been open the longest and are closest to their review date. Helping you prioritise what needs attention first.
Review date categories:

Overdue: past the review date

Due Soon: within 30 days of the review date

Due Later: more than 30 days from the review date
