New in Version 6.1
Every run — scheduled or manual — leaves a record. You can review pass/fail history for a single rule or across the whole workspace, see which alerts fired, and drill into the specific records that failed.
🔒 Anyone with at least the Viewer role can review results.
Where to find results
-
Per-rule history — open a rule to see every run it's had, with pass/fail trends over time.
-
Workspace runs list — see every run across the workspace in one place, filterable by rule, schedule group, or status.
-
Run detail — open a single run to see each execution within it, the overall outcome, and which alerts were sent as a result.
Investigating a failure
Open a single execution to see a handful of sample failing records — real examples of what didn't pass, not just a count. This is usually the fastest way to tell whether a failure is a genuine data problem or a rule that needs tuning.
If you need to change what a result surfaces as its sample, see Editing DQ Test Results: Sample Failed Query.
Confirming alerts fired
Run detail shows exactly which alerts were sent for that run — a quick way to confirm your alert configuration is actually working, not just configured. See Configuring Schedule Group Alerts.
