This page will walk through how to de-activate and re-activate a manual source.
Deactivating a manual source
To deactivate a manual source you will need to go to the Manual Source page.

Platform Settings → Sources → Manual tab → Sources tab

Click on the edit icon

Click on the deactivate button on the top right corner of the Sources page
Reactivating a manual source
Deactivated sources can be located on the Inactive tab on the Sources page.
To reactivate a manual source:

Click on the edit icon

Click on the reactivate button in the notification bar
After re-activating a manual source, always download a new template to check what has previously been manually uploaded to the source.
Unlike Direct Connect / Collector sources, when you de-activate a manual source, previously uploaded data is retained. Check what data was previously updated to see if any of the existing manual source data should be updated or deleted.
